The Toledo Blade indicates that things are getting tough for Republican Rep. Bob Ney (OH-18), past friend of Jack Abramoff. Now that Ney's former chief of staff, Neil Volz, has pleaded guilty to corruption charges, how long will Ney need to wait for his own indictment????

The FBI acknowledged late Monday that it is increasingly seeking reporters' phone records in leak investigations.
"It used to be very hard and complicated to do this, but it no longer is in the Bush administration," said a senior federal official.
