The latest news about the Republican presidential candidates refusing to attend forums at a predominately African-American university and a Latino-sponsored event, really show that the GOP has moved to the right. Why have these white candidates stayed away from events geared toward minorities? Are these white men so arrogant and clueless that they think they don't need minorities? I think the this sign could be used for the Republican Party. (Source)
The next time you see Giuliani, McCain, Thompson, Mitt, and the other GOP candidates, count how many minorities are in attendance. Shame on the
Republican Party for catering to racism.
