* Al Franken won the race for Senate, declared judges in Minnesota. However, now election loser, Norm Coleman, will try to delay Franken being sworn into office by appealing to every court in the land. Coleman, who was handpicked by former President George W. Bush, is wasting time, energy, and money. The Star Tribune has the details.
