Exit Strategy and Young Republicans

President George W. Bush doesn't want to set an exit strategy for Iraq. However, when former President Bill Clinton had U.S. troops in Kosovo, Bush said the following:

"I think it's also important for the president to lay out a timetable as to how long they will be involved and when they will be withdrawn. If there needs to be a residual force, it is important that over time U.S. troops are withdrawn and our European allies carry the majority of the load." Really?

We've learned that the Defense Department has been gathering data on young people for the purposes of recruiting. I hope that they are able to put members of Campus Republicans and Young Republicans at the top of this list. If you have faith in President George W. Bush, the war in Iraq, and the principles of the GOP, you should run to your local recruiting office and enlist in the military. Your president and your party need you!
