More BWC Losses

In today's Columbus Dispatch (http://www.dispatch.com), there is an article on another investment loss from the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC). According to the article, a division of National City Corp., "lost $71 million in investments during the past two years." Hello!!!! Are these people idiots or arrogant fools to waste taxpayer money like this? Could there be a reason that people associated with National City gave over $70,000 to mostly GOP candidates and PAC's for the 2002 and 2004 election cycles? These people gave over $20,000 to GOP candidates and PAC's for 2000 and 1998 cycles.

Apparently, the people in the BWC don't know how to tell if an investment has gone bad. Here is a hint: When your investment loses money, it is time to pull out!!!!
