Dispatch: Ohioans voted to increase the minimum wage. Issue 2 passed with a comfortable margin. Voters turned down Issue 3, the Learn and Earn gambling proposal. Finally, Ohio voters have decided to ban smoking in public places with the passing of Issue 5.

Rush Limbaugh did a great job helping the stem cell issue pass in Missouri. I'm sure Republicans will continue to go to the pompous jerk for more advice in the future.
