What a mess!!!!
Meanwhile, in Iraq--
Yahoo News:
The U.S. military deployed 10,000 soldiers backed by attack helicopters in an offensive against al Qaeda north of Baghdad on Tuesday, in one of the biggest operations since the invasion of Iraq in 2003....
What would have happened if those 10,000 soldiers had been sent to Afghanistan? We will never know. In the meantime, any high-ranking military brass that disagrees with Bush's military plans, is forced to retire or is fired. It appears that the Pentagon has lost many very experienced military officers because they did not agree with Bush and his buddies, the neo-cons, and views of how to wage war.
