* Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina must subscribe to "Do as I say, not as I do" rule. Graham has been crying and complaining about the latest budget bill and the attached earmarks. However, Graham is one of the guilty parties that wrote some of those earmarks. Shame on Graham.
