Is this a break in secrecy?

Democratic Rep. Jan Schakowsky (IL-9th) said that Republican Rep. John Kline (MN-2nd) left an intelligence meeting early and had a news conference where he talked about classified information. He was also joined at the news conference by Republican Rep. Hoekstra, who was not even at the meeting. Don't these Republicans know that they are to keep secret those intelligence meetings? Kline should be thrown off the intelligence committee asap.
