* The New York Daily News provided information about Republican presidential candidate, Mike Huckabee, in today's edition. However, there was one thing Huckabee said that I did not need to know (NYDN):
"When I was in college, we used to take a popcorn popper - because that was the only thing they would let us use in the dorm - and we would fry squirrels in a popcorn popper in the dorm room," he volunteered.....
Yuck. Would Huckabee serve fried squirrel in the White House?
* The UPI is reporting that Sen. Hillary Clinton and Sen. John McCain have the leads in a recent poll in Pennsylvania:
Presidential hopefuls Hillary Clinton and John McCain are leading in new polls in Pennsylvania.
Clinton leads her closest rival in the Democratic field, Barack Obama, by 40 percent to 20 percent, while John Edwards is at 11 percent, The Philadelphia Daily News reported Thursday.
McCain leads Rudy Giuliani by 30 percent to 14 percent, with Mike Huckabee in third with 12 percent, the newspaper said....
I thought some pundits said that the Keystone State was solidly behind Giuliani.
