Kasich: "We don't want public employees."

Have you actually read some of the stuff that John Kasich has said?  Here is an example:

John Kasich on teachers' unions from the Starbeacon:

...we need to break the back of organized labor in the schools...

As a former teacher, I'm insulted by obvious disdain for teachers and working people.
Why would he say something like this?  What does he think he can do?  Would he try to vacate agreements?  It is clear to me that
(1) John Kasich has no respect for teachers and other working people,
(2) Kasich has no idea what goes on in a public school,
(3) Kasich is definitely an elitist who cares only about himself and his rich friends.

This YouTube video really sums up what Kasich has done in the past and what he plans to do in the future:

At 2:50, Kasich says, "We don't want public employees."  Someone has to ask him what he means by that.
