*Josh Mandel, Ohio's absent Treasurer, was AWOL again. Mandel was in Washington, DC. today collecting more campaign money from 3 events. Josh Mandel was caught on video in DC as the car he was riding in came out of a parking garage.




Why did Josh Mandel hide his face? Is he embarrassed that he is away from his job again?  Is he ashamed that he left the state's money in control of his unqualified frat friends back in Columbus?
