* Who would vote against a bill that would notify tenants that their rental home/apartment is in foreclosure and they might lose their residence?

During the 128th General Assembly, H.B. 9 sought protections for tenants in buildings that were in foreclosure. Republican Josh Mandel voted against H.B.9 on May 6, 2009 (128th General Assembly).  I guess Josh Mandel just doesn't care about regular people living in apartments and rental houses.
