Martin Sabo (D-MN) that would have provided $1.25 billion in desperately needed funding for port security and disaster preparedness....
Go to Think Progress, read the post, and see the image of the vote. Obviously, the Republicans have voted against port security. Let me make it perfectly clear ----The Republicans are against increased port security.
