....Treasurer Josh Mandel will announce today that his office no longer will do business with Bank of New York Mellon and State Street Corp. — banks that hold more than $41 billion in international assets owned by four of Ohio’s five pension funds....
....Today, Mandel’s office will choose new banks to act as custodians of the international assets of four Ohio pension funds. Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase are among the banks that submitted proposals to do the work. The Ohio Highway Patrol Retirement System does not have such international assets.....
