Somebody Doesn't Like Smart Women

Somebody doesn't like women that are more educated than he is.

Raw Story:

Following “sincerely” apologizing for calling a Georgetown University student a “slut,” conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh on Tuesday complained about “overeducated” single white women.

“What is it with all these young, single, white women? Overeducated doesn’t mean intelligent,” he ranted, going on to talk about journalist Tracie McMillian’s book.....

That bully on the radio sounds afraid of smart, educated women. It is time for women to flex our muscles and use our power to vote out and shut off those men that wish us harm and degrade our work, accomplishments, education, and our belief that we alone are entitled to decide our own reproductive rights.

• Women have been trained to speak softly and carry a lipstick. Those days are over.
