Where is the substance?

Right wing Republican candidate Josh Mandel has courted the business, pro-pollution, anti-middle class PACs.  A quick glance at the FEC disclosure website provides evidence of the groups that support Josh Mandel.  Here are a few of the PACs that are providing big money to Mandel's campaign as indicated by the FEC:

AMERICAN BANKERS ASSOCIATION PAC (BANKPAC)
EXXON MOBIL PAC
HALLIBURTON COMPANY PAC
KOCH Industries PAC (KOCHPAC)

Although Mandel says he supports the middle class, his campaign has avoided allowing him to speak to the general public.  Mandel only speaks in front of Republicans.  Josh Mandel's fundraising has been pandering to big shots, business owners, members of the local Chamber of Commerce, big time polluters, and PACs that are connected to groups that are targeting women's rights, voter suppression, and public employees, like teachers, fire fighters, police officers, nurses, and others.

I had to laugh at Mandel's first campaign commercial. Sure he is wearing his boots, but there is no substance, no plan, no ideas/agenda presented in the ad.  The ad just says he was a Marine.  Are Ohio voters willing to vote for someone that supported SB 5 and yet refuses to speak about policy, laws, and his views?
