Does McCain disagree with NASCAR?

Sen. Barack Obama has an extensive energy plan. Recently Sen. Obama told Americans to inflate their tires to increase gas mileage. John McCain has mocked this. However, NASCAR and Sen. Obama are on the right page. NASCAR.com has information on their website under the title,
"Tire Maintenance Key to Safety, Fuel Economy"
and this.....
• Check tire inflation pressure (including the spare) at least once a month and before every long trip. Tires must be checked when they are cold; that is, before they been run a mile...

Yes. Inflating your tires will increase your gas mileage. If McCain actually drove his own car and pumped his own gas, he'd know a little about gas mileage. Instead, McCain knows that the oil lobbyists have been very, very good to his campaign and continue to give contributions.

I'm not a NASCAR driver, but I do drive a Honda Civic Hybrid. I know that having my tires properly inflated increases my car's mpg.

Here is Barack Obama's Energy Plan.

***By the way, why was the only Black reporter, Stephen Price of the Tallahassee Democrat Newspaper, not allowed in McCain's "town hall meeting" in Florida?
