How many homes do you own?

Considering the recession our country is experiencing, as well as the record number of home foreclosures, it does seem incredible that John McCain is unsure exactly how many homes he and his wife own.
Politico:
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) said in an interview Wednesday that he was uncertain how many houses he and his wife, Cindy, own.

"I think — I'll have my staff get to you," McCain told Politico in Las Cruces, N.M. "It's condominiums where — I'll have them get to you."

The correct answer is at least four, located in Arizona, California and Virginia, according to his staff. Newsweek estimated this summer that the couple owns at least seven properties.....

There are some who say the McCains own 10 homes. How many homes do you own?

Update: It appears the McCain campaign is unable to name all the McCain homes but they do want to remind us that he was a POW. (The Republicans are trying to distract us from the opulence and avarice of the McCains and their lack of interest for those who are not part of their income category.) I've said it before and I'll say it again. We honor his service, BUT..... McCain's ideas, plans, and programs for this country are outdated and nothing short of a re-stating of the Bush-Cheney years. McCain's voting record against veterans and our military is disgraceful for a man who was a POW.

*** The good people over at the AFL-CIO have listed some facts about John McCain's voting record:

...McCain Voted Against Funding for After-School Programs.
McCain voted against additional funding for after-school programs under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965. (S.Amdt. 1609 to S.Amdt. 1542 to H.R. 2660, Vote 340, 9/10/03)

McCain Voted Against Funding for Head Start. McCain has voted repeatedly against funding for Head Start programs, as recently as 2005. In 2003, McCain voted against increasing spending on Head Start programs by $24 billion and on after-school programs by $18 billion over 10 years. That year, he also voted against a Democratic effort to add $350 million to Head Start, the federal program for poor preschool children. In 2001, McCain voted against fully funding Head Start to ensure that all eligible children have access. (S.Amdt. 2254 to H.R. 3010, Vote 272, 10/26/05; S.C.R. 23, Vote 86, 3/25/03; H.R. 2660, Vote 333, 9/9/03; H.R. 1836, Vote 154, 5/22/01)...

McCain voted against funding for after school programs and Head Start???? What a fool. Obviously, McCain knows just as much about educating children as he does economics------- nothing.

* Looks like the Republicans might be party poopers. According to the StarTribune, the "official venues" for the Republican convention are not getting booked.

* Even though the Republicans have promised "diversity" in the speakers at their upcoming convention, there will be none. In a recent posting at Huffington Post, the list of speakers includes Giuliani, Scwarzenegger, Cheney, Laura Bush, and Lieberman. It appears that the only diversity that will be seen has to do with the shade of grade hair each has. The Republican lineup looks like rich white people.
