Just kidding! I found this story at MyDD (http://www.mydd.com). Apparently, the administration wants to help some people in the hurricane devastated gulf coast----but not too many. I guess they're demonstrating a small amount of compassion, but not too much. God forbid if this administration actually did something that would help poor, desperate, sick people! In my humble opinion, if the GOP were making t-shirts to show how much they care they'd say, 'We like GOP contributors all the time, rich people most of the time, and poor people--not too much!'
