GOP Scandal Cast Continues to Grow

(1) Sen. Martinez (FL-R) keeps having problems with his staff members. In March 2005, the Senator had to fire a staff member http://www.newshounds.us/2005/04/07/mel_martinez_memo_exploiting_terri_schiavo_a_big_joke_to_fox_allstars.php who wrote a memo on 'talking points' for the GOP concerning Terri Schiavo. Now another one of the senator's staff members was fired after an arrest because "she allegedly screamed obscenities at police and reportedly lied about who she worked for after refusing to leave the stadium after BC's 28-17 loss to FSU on Sept. 17.
"She admitted to officers that excessive drinking led to her unruly behavior, according to a police report."

She lied about who she worked for at the arrest. She said she worked for Sen. Bill Nelson (FL-D) but she actually worked for Martinez. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.

(2) Bill Bennett, former Secretary of Education, and self-appointed morality expert is in trouble for his remarks on his radio show. Who would give this clown a radio show anyway?
