Problems, Problems, Problems

The indictments are coming tomorrow (I know we've heard this before!) There is information here and here.

A new CNN/USA Today/Gallup poll asked the following question:
If the presidential election were held today, for whom would you vote?
Responses: 39% would vote for George W. Bush 55% would vote for the Democratic candidate

This is very interesting because it shows that it would not matter who the Democratic candidate was, people would vote for him/her based on their opposition to Bush. Other questions covered in the poll can be found here. Overall, the entire poll shows that the American public is very disappointed with this administration. When those history books are written, what will those paragraphs say about George W. Bush and his presidency? What words will be chosen-----success? war? poor leader? scandal? improper use of military? cronyism? We will just need to wait and see.

Paul Hackett was on Air America's Morning Sedition. Hackett announced his candidacy for U.S. Senate for Ohio. I know he'd make a dramatic difference in the Senate. Ohio needs Paul Hackett.

The stories and the dirt just keep flying concerning Gov. Taft and coin dealer Tom Noe. The current coingate scandal is a result of Gov. Bob Taft and the GOP leadership raising the limit on the amount of money that can be contributed to a campaign. The people of Ohio are very unhappy with this leadership and this is why the Reform Ohio Now group is gaining support.

The 2000 fatality of an American service member has happened as a result of our war in Iraq. http://icasualties.org/oif/
