Problems with FEMA Continue

FEMA continues to have problems getting things done. FEMA ordered ice 91,000 tons of ice cubes and most of it never left the large refrigerated trucks.http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/nationworld/2002534379_caneice02.html FEMA is also having difficulty moving hurricane victims into temporary housing. FEMA ordered trailers for use as temporary housing, but has been unable to get the trailers in place for the victims.
